The villa is surrounded by vineyards and for anyone who likes walking is ideally located. There is a small shop in Aigne with bread available to order and an axcellent restaurant 'Lo Gagarol' within minutes walk of the apartment. The village has a historic circulade with church and artists studios. Homps, the port village for Olonzac on the Canal de Midi, has more restaurants, cafes, and leisure activities associated with the Canal de Midi. Next to the Canal is the Lac de Jourres for swimming, sailing, wind surfing, picnic and barbecue areas and lakeside restaurant. Also within easy reach are Carcassonne, mediterranean, Cathar Casles, Corbiere, Pyrenees and Spain. Carcassonne, Perpignan and Beziers airports served by low cost flights from various parts of the UK are within easy reach.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobe and television.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and heated towel rail.
Kitchen: Fully equipped and fitted kitchen in living room including oven ceramic hob, ventilation fan, dishwasher, fridge and all items required for self catering.
Living Rooms: Living room with double bed settee, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. British satellite TV with DVD and VCR and reverse cycle air conditioning is fitted to provide heating cooling as required.
Other: The living room has French windows leading to a covered terrace with table and chairs. This terrace leads to a fully tiled terrace surrounding the 8x4m swimmimg pool.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provided as required and the property is cleaned by the owners between guests.
